Our qualified staff run Woodland Explorers in our expansive Woodland Learning Zone. This involves outdoor activities and collaborative problem-solving, where the children can experience appropriate risk and challenge with opportunities to choose, initiate and drive their own learning and development.

This is an inspirational process that offers ALL learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in our woodland environment and hence to develop a strong, positive relationship with their natural world. 

For these sessions, children will need wellies. During the winter months, children may also want hats and gloves to keep warm, and waterproof trousers if possible.
