M-Fit

M-Fit or Mental Fitness sits within our whole school ethos and approach which places our children’s physical and mental well-being at the heart of all we do. M-Fit offers a proactive approach to mental health; building children’s ‘Mental Fitness’ and ensures happy, healthy, emotionally aware children.  M-Fit teaches children how to keep a balance emotionally and arms them with the positive coping strategies they need when faced with challenges.
