M-Fit
M-Fit or Mental Fitness sits within our whole school ethos and approach which places our children’s physical and mental well-being at the heart of all we do. M-Fit offers a proactive approach to mental health; building children’s ‘Mental Fitness’ and ensures happy, healthy, emotionally aware children. M-Fit teaches children how to keep a balance emotionally and arms them with the positive coping strategies they need when faced with challenges. In these enrichment sessions, children have the chance to explore the unit 'Celebrating Difference' from our PSHE curriculum.
